New Double Cylinder Thicknesser Planer Casolin TS 630. Thicknesser Planer Model TS 630. Modern machine, safe and easy to use, with touch-screen supplied standard to manage all work functions. Exceptional driving performance of work pieces, thanks to the rubber rollers with large diameter and the suspension of the rollers with torsion bars. High maximum thickness of extraction: 12 mm. Automatic reduction in the feed rate of the workpiece, if the planer shaft motor exceeds the maximum available power. Machine designed with compact size to save space. Special execution available for planing plastics and acrylics.

SUPPLIED ON REQUEST Front roller made of ribbed rubber for small or precious wood. Sectioned front rollers, for heavy work and multiple thicknesses. 2 rear rollers made of ribbed steel; for heavy work and joinery work. Pressure of 3 drive rollers pneumatically adjustable from the control panel. Planer shaft with 4 interchangeable Tersa Monoblock blades. 5.5 – 7.5 – 9.2 KW self-braking motor. Work table with 2 adjustable idle rollers; for joinery workshop. Rear extension of the 1000 mm long surface with automatic lifting (special lengths of 2500 or 4000 mm on request). Special equipment for plastic machining, both for large extractions and for machining thin materials (on request).
