Cehisa Flexy Edgebander For Sale. The Cehisa Flexy Edgebander is a hot melt compact automatic through feed edge bander. It’s suitable for melamine, PVC, ABS, PP and veneer edging up to a thickness of 2mm. An intuitive 3.5″ touch screen control gives the operator quick access for monitoring all machine functions. The control functions include start and stop, program editing, parameters check and editing, alarm diagnostics etc all in real time. Panels are fed through the machine with an industrial chain-track system running on ground steel guides. Non-marking traction pads ensure a positive feed without damaging the panel surface while the synchronized top pressure beam with two sets of rollers keeps the panel secured against the track. There are four models within the Cehisa Flexy Edgebander range.

| The molten glue is injected at the upper and the lower points of the application roller where heating elements are built in to maintain optimum working temperature. | |
| Automatic temperature control by electronic thermostat preventing the scorching of the glue when the machine is idle. Glue tank (1,5 kg capacity) of solid aluminium casting specially machined to leave the interior surface of the glue pot even, with no edges and sharp angles to facilitate the flow of the molten glue and its draining when cleaning cycle is performed. | |
| OPTIONAL: DUOMELT upgrade pack, allowing the use of the unit with both EVA and PUR adhesives. The option pack includes a simple and efficient draining system for the residual glue in the gluepot and the necessary software to support this feature. | |
